Return policy
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened adhesives, liquids or lamination kits
- Used lash trays or opened magnetic lash sets
- Items marked as final sale

Receive refund
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
