Follow your order from checkout to delivery. All order updates are available in your account.

Log in
Sign in to your account using the email you used at checkout.

View orders
Go to My Account → Orders to see all your past and current orders.

Check status
Click any order to view its status — processing, shipped or delivered.
Order statuses explained
Processing — We are preparing your order for dispatch (1–3 business days).
Completed / Shipped — Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way.
Delivered — Your package has arrived. Enjoy your new supplies!

If your order has not updated within 5 business days, or you have questions about delivery, contact us and we will assist you right away.
